2018 NAMA Scholars Announced

CHICAGO - September 5, 2018 - The NAMA Foundation announced today the four 2018 NAMA Scholars.

The NAMA Scholars program is designed exclusively for association members interested in broadening their career and leadership skills through NAMA's Executive Development Program (EDP). This year, the NAMA Foundation is awarding four scholarships to NAMA’s EDP at Michigan State University, including one scholarship supported by NAMA's Emerging Leaders Network (ELN).

The 2018 NAMA Scholars are:

  • Steve Boucher — Regional Director, Compass Group / Canteen
  • Jonathon Holden — Director of Sales, All Star Services
  • Ashley Hubler — Chief Marketing Officer, U-Select-It
  • Hans Lutkefedder — Vice President, Operations, Vend Natural Holdings

With each award valued at nearly $4,000, the four recipients will each be granted full program scholarships and will be reimbursed for travel up to $500.

“Overall, the pool of candidates had very impressive backgrounds in the conveniences services industry,” said Terri Bruce, Director of the NAMA Foundation. “The experience this year’s scholars will have at EDP will enrich their perspectives and add an important dimension to their industry knowledge.”

The NAMA Scholars program is funded annually through voluntary contributions made to the NAMA Foundation.  For more information about the NAMA Foundation or to make a donation online, please visit namanow.org/foundation/donate.
