Dan Ragan is a coffee service industry veteran with 42 years experience. His industry experience includes adding verticals such as vending, bottled water, office products and packaging. He has also added manufacturing operations for roasting, bottling and converting of corrugated and foam products. Dan has implemented The Balanced Scorecard, Lean, and Six Sigma techniques to improve process controls and reduce errors to create higher efficiencies. Dan is currently the national sales manager for Pod Pack International, a producer of coffee and tea pods, and K-cup® compatible cups. Pod Pack has been named to the LSU 100 fastest growing companies for the last three years.
