Dream. Build. Win.

The 2½ day event in San Jose — the heart of innovation — was designed to engage and challenge the industry’s most senior and accomplished leaders around three key themes: CONSUMER MARKETS, INNOVATION, and CORPORATE CULTURE. It was intended to inspire bold thinking, fresh ideas and unexpected relationships and to move participants and their companies to a new level of success.

Participants engaged in dynamic discussions and took an insider’s look at world-class companies: Google, Intel, Salesforce and Visa. They heard from provocative speakers like Starbucks’ Howard Behar, Forbes’ Richard Karlgaard, GeekSquad’s Robert Stephens, growth guru Cameron Herold and Jerry Wilson.

NAMA took attendees to a place, a space and a learning experience that moved the needle. The objective was to move past existing aspirations, and to change them. The conference theme was Dream. Build. Win. — and nearly 100 industry executives took part in the immersive experience.

Converting dreams to reality is not a linear process. The knowledge gained from the inaugural Executive Forum provided the foundation for turning big ideas into sustainable winning actions.
