This half day workshop will uncover what AI is and what it encompasses, including data analytics, mining, deep learning, and machine learning, so that you can determine how best to deploy this game-changing technology in your organization. Industry expert Franki Chamaki of HIVERY will walk you through simple approaches to discover, set up, experiment with and embed AI in your operations. Discussion will include how to use your data with AI for better business decision-making. Topics covered in this workshop include:

  • Defining what is AI and understanding the applications of AI in different forms.
  • Gaining data empathy – learning practical approaches to defining your business problem, building your team and proving commercial value through experimentation.
  • Understanding the best practices to prepare for operational deployment and monitoring.

He specializes in and has a passion for experimental mindset, open innovation, Lean Startup and Design Thinking and goes by the belief that anyone who tries to improve a situation is a designer.
