Eligibility

In order to receive the member exhibitor rate, your company must be a current NAMA member in good standing before the start of The NAMA Show. If your NAMA membership is set to lapse prior to the start of The NAMA Show, your membership dues must be paid within 60 days of contract signing or by the start of The NAMA Show (April 6, 2022) whichever date comes earlier.

Beware of scam artists, fraudulent companies and vendors not contracted by show management who target exhibitors participating in trade shows across the country. Be careful of companies calling and posing as vendors for the event. Some scams include housing, directory listings and on-site services.
