Booth packages include 15 hours of exhibit time. Additionally, your booth exhibit package includes:

Three (3) badges for the first 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased

One (1) badge for each additional 100 square feet purchased

8’ high back drape and 3’ high side rail drape

One (1) black and white ID sign for inline booths

Company listing and booth number in The NAMA Show Program Guide, including both alphabetical and equipment/product listing sections

NAMA membership is a requirement to exhibit. If you’re a New Exhibitor (have not been a member and/or exhibited within the past 5 years) this requirement will be waived for your first year. However, you do have the option of joining NAMA at a reduced rate for your first year. A 1/3 deposit of the total space charges (payable in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank) is due October. 19, 2018. The balance is due January 18, 2019.
