Hannah Davies is a Customer Project Manager at Greenhithe Software Solutions in Auckland, New Zealand. She manages the relationship between the customer and the development team providing support and training for both. Hannah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Auckland and has worked in a number of different industries that give her a wide skill set and unique insight into the way technology impacts our lives. Hannah has been working in the convenience services industry for not quite two years but this will be her second time moderating a panel discussion at a NAMA convention.

Steve Crosby joined the Treat America Food Services family in 1999 when Treat acquired Crosby Vending. Over the 20 years, Steve has served as a sales and customer service rep, service manager, operations manager, special projects manager and now is over DOT regulations, fleet planning, capital spending, facility maintenance and leasing and overall distribution operations. Prior to the Treat America, Steve served many roles in his 14 years with the family business. The roles varied from service tech, route driver, warehouse manager, commissary manager, catering manager, counting room manager and customer representative, sales representative and fleet mechanic.

Steve attended the University of Central Missouri with BA in Marketing. He then later attended Baker University where he earned a master’s degree in management (MSM). He currently serves on the board of directors for the David A. Cromwell scholarship foundation, coached youth baseball and basketball, captained the boat for his son’s High School fishing team, hunts, rides motorcycles and loves to golf.


Mike Ferguson
VMAC Solutions

Mike Ferguson, founder of VMAC Solutions, LLC has 30 years of experience across all lines of convenience services. VMAC Solutions, LLC (Vending Markets and Coffee) brings each client a combination of deep industry experience and knowledge. In 1988, Mike worked for a nationwide office coffee company as a sales representative. Two years later, he started, operated and co-owned an OCS and Vending business. Additionally, he has owned an e-commerce business selling freshly roasted coffee and single cups online, and eventually in retail stores, too. After selling these businesses and spending a year as the president/CEO of a 5-city vending operation, Mike was eventually hired by Canteen as a district manager, and then promoted to District General Manager. In this role, he managed about 85 employees, including route drivers, service techs, route managers, and warehouse personnel. In 2018, Mike started VMAC Solutions, LLC to use his 30+ years to help in many facets of the industry, including M&A brokerage, operations, LightSpeed Automation, micro markets, VMS software, OCS, vending and best practices overall.


Larry Greenwall
Greenwall Vending

Larry Greenwall is the owner and founder of Greenwall Vending in Poplar Bluff Missouri. Greenwall Vending is a muti-route full line vending, micro market, and office coffee operator. Greenwall Vending has proudly served Poplar Bluff, Missouri and it’s surrounding area‘s in southeast Missouri and northeast Arkansas for over 22 years. Greenwall has proven to be a leader in the Vending industry by being an early adopter of technology, being committed to customer service, and running Greenwall Vending with integrity. Greenwall has been attending the NAMA show for many years, and has also been a participant in the NAMA Fly In.


John Hickey
Tech 2 Success LLC

John Hickey co-founded Tech 2 Success in 2014 to provide cloud hosting, OptConnect connectivity for micro markets, OCS e-commerce sites, internet marketing, website design, operations improvement and IT consulting to vending, OCS and micro market operators of all sizes. Tech 2 Success also provides support for several manufacturers and payment system providers. Prior to forming Tech 2 Success, Hickey served in executive roles in IT and operations for several vending operations. He led a diverse team of IT and operations professionals to achieve unmatched service metrics, inventory and cash accountability and data intelligence by developing and implementing a remote monitoring and dynamic routing system that was just a vision at its commencement. John is active on social media and produces “According to Hickey,” a podcast on business, technology and entrepreneurship.


Bill Lockett
Director of Marketing

Bill is a USMC Vietnam Veteran and was honorably discharged in 1968 from Marine Corps. He has been exclusively engaged in route based automation for over 40 years. Bill has worked for VendSys (now owned by Nayax) since 2011. Before that, Bill was the vice president of sales for Tudor Systems; provided route automation to beer and beverage distributors, Rutherford and Associates until it was bought by MEI; worked for InOne Technology, providing the first machine level DEX technology; and worked at Streamware.
