JOHN HICKEY
John is known as a leader in technology related to the convenience services industry. Prior to forming Tech 2 Success, he served in executive roles in IT and Operations for numerous vending machine, corporate dining, and break room service companies.
John possesses a BS in Computer Science from St. John’s University. His education includes Software Development, Information Systems, Could IT Infrastructure, Lean Process Improvement, Project Management, Change Management, Business Management, Internet Marketing, and Web Technologies.
In an effort to provide enterprise-level IT and Operations resources to convenience services operators, John co-founded Tech 2 Success in 2014. Tech 2 Success provides B2B E-Commerce systems, Internet marketing, website design, cloud hosting, OptConnect connectivity for Micro Markets, operations improvement consulting, and IT consulting to businesses of all sizes. Tech 2 Success also provides support for numerous manufacturers and payment system providers.
