NAMA stands for the National Automatic Merchandising Association. NAMA is the national trade association for the entire convenience services industry, including the food and refreshment vending, coffee service and foodservice management industries, including on-site, commissary, catering, micro markets, pantry and unattended retail. Our membership is comprised of service companies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers of products and services to operating service companies.
Together in 2021 will take place August 18-20 in New Orleans at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
You do not need to be a member of NAMA to attend, although pricing is considerably lower for members. Anyone involved in the coffee service, micro market, pantry, vending and unattended industries are welcome to attend The NAMA Show and Coffee Tea & Water - Together in 2021.
To receive the member rate, your company's NAMA membership must be paid through August 20, 2021. If you register as a member but your company's membership expires before August 20, 2021, you will be contacted to renew your membership or you will be charged the balance for the non-member rate at badge pick-up. Yes, the pricing will be the same for spouses as it is for the member / non-member attendee.
No, if you have a disability and require a personal care assistant, they will receive a complimentary visitor badge when you register together.
Yes, we welcome all hospitality students. Just show your student I.D. at registration and you may attend free of charge.
All of our exciting keynote speakers and many other educational programs are included, unless otherwise noted.
The recommended attire is business or business casual.
Cancellations must be received in writing — submitted via email to TheNAMAShow@xpressreg.net by July 16, 2021 and will be assessed a $100 administrative fee for members and a $200 administrative fee for non-members. Refunds will not be available after July 16, 2021. If, for any reason, the event is cancelled, payment will be deferred to the next event.
We anticipate 300+ exhibitors to be at the in-person event to be held at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
Technology solutions are under review to provide participants who are unable to travel to New Orleans the opportunity to connect virtually.

Safety requirements for attendees include, but are not limited to, submitting to restrictions set in place during the event that may consist of daily temperature checks, wearing a mask at all times in indoor public areas, and engaging in appropriate physical distancing.

The exhibitor list is composed of vending machine manufacturers; manufacturers of vendible, coffee-related and foodservice products; micro markets; suppliers of goods and services that aid vending, coffee service and foodservice and micro market operators in running their businesses.
Yes, exhibiting at The NAMA Show and Coffee Tea & Water – Together in 2021 is a benefit of membership. However, this requirement is waived for new exhibitors as determined by NAMA. If a new exhibitor does not join NAMA, they will pay the non-member exhibitor fee. To exhibit in subsequent years, they will need to join NAMA.
All previous exhibitors at The NAMA Show and Coffee Tea & Water must be a member in good standing to be eligible to exhibit. Please contact our membership department at firstname.lastname@example.org, for more information.
The cost of carpet (required), furniture rental, electrical, WiFi, telecom and other utilities, material handling and labor charges, audio visual, floral, photographcy, etc., are not included in the above rate. These services can be ordered through the show kit which is available approximately 90 days prior to the show.
In addition to everything that comes with your booth exhibit package, as a new exhibitor you will also receive: 1) new exhibitor ribbon to readily identify your company as “new” to The NAMA Show and Coffee Tea & Water; 2) the opportunity to join NAMA at a special rate for your first year; and 3) special listing of company name and booth number in The NAMA Show and Coffee Tea & Water Program Guide.
A section of the show floor is dedicated to this pavilion. The Coffee Services Pavilion is only available to companies that serve the coffee service industry.
The exhibitor manual includes all order forms, booth furnishing and carpet options, booth cleaning information, labor rates, etc. It will be available approximately 90 days before the show.

In the event the event is interrupted or prevented to be held in any format, for any reason beyond the control of Show Management, then this Exhibit Space Application shall terminate and the exhibitor hereby waives any claim against Show Management for damages of any kind or nature by reason of such termination except that any unearned portion of the space rental due hereunder shall abate, or, if previously paid, shall be deferred by Show Management to The NAMA Show 2022.
All requests for cancellation of booth space must be sent to Show Management in writing. Cancellations made in writing prior to February 1, 2021 will be refunded less 50% of the total charges. Cancellations received after February 1, 2021 are not eligible for a refund. If at any point the exhibitor cancels and has not paid the deposit amount owed at the time of cancellation, such deposit shall then become a cancellation fee.
