Route Driver Training
Training is an important part of any business but it is critical in the convenience services industry, where customer servicing takes place away from the office. This program provides training in many aspects of the convenience services industry that pertain to the daily work activities of a route driver, including:

This program consists of a handbook and the following videos: “Behind the Glass – A Look at the Vending Industry;” “A Route to Success: Service Fundamentals for Route Service Drivers;” “Be A Buddy to Your Back;” “How's My Driving? Safe Driving Tips for the Vending Industry;” and “Transporting Perishable Foods.” After successful completion of an online exam, a certificate and an embroidered patch are awarded.
