Heather A. Bailey, Esq., a partner with SmithAmundsen LLC and a NAMA Knowledge Source Partner for over 17 years, focuses her practice on labor and employment law issues for employers, including NAMA’s members. Darren Grady is a partner in SmithAmundsen’s Chicago office. He works with cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, and entities with connections and business relationships in the cannabis field with a specialty in CBD.
