Kati Kauffman is a Registered Dietitian and Wellbeing Business Partner for the Kellogg Company in Battle Creek, MI. Kati received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship at Michigan State University. She is currently earning her Master of Science in Nutrition from Arizona State University in the College of Health Promotion. Kati started her career with Sodexo, serving as a facility lead Clinical Nutrition Manager conducting nutrition assessments, as well collaborating with the chef on foodservice and menu planning. In 2016, Kati joined Kellogg Company and has provided nutrition support and guidance to Kellogg’s cereal business and brands. Kati has more recently joined Kellogg’s Food Away From Home channels and will be serving as the lead Wellbeing expert for these key segments.
