Gilbertson Cuffy is the Director of Digital Marketing and Capabilities lead for Foodservice at PepsiCo and the Head of PepsiCo Foodservice’s newest Capability the PepsiCo Foodservice Digital Lab. He is currently responsible for PepsiCo’s Foodservice’s ongoing efforts to the digital shifts in the industry and helping key customers reframe their marketing efforts in order to attract digital growth.
Prior to this role, Gilbertson was a part of the Mountain Dew Brand team at PepsiCo leading the commercial launches of several of DEW’s biggest bets in a given year. He is passionate about culture, the democratization of content and the new ways that technology is impacting our lives. He received his Bachelors from University of Miami and his MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
