Nominate the Best of the Best: NAMA 2017 Industry Awards

CHICAGO – January 10, 2017 – NAMA announced the opening of the nomination period for the 2017 Industry Awards, to be presented live at OneShow in Las Vegas on April 19th. NAMA will accept nominations now through Monday, January 30th.

The NAMA Industry Awards recognize individuals that best exemplify consistent support of the convenience services industry. Candidates must exhibit a history of service and leadership to the industry through active participation within NAMA and state councils and to their communities. They must be innovative, possess a willingness to expand conventional practices and follow consistent ethical business standards in accordance with the NAMA code of ethics.

“To be honored by my peers from the operator and supplier community is the equivalent of winning the Super Bowl,” said Josh Rosenberg, President and CEO of Accent Foods and 2016 award winner. “I was truly humbled and inspired by this award. Being named NAMA’s 2016 Industry Person of The Year is an honor I will always cherish.”

The three award categories are:

  • 2017 Industry Person of the Year
  • 2017 Operator of the Year
  • 2017 Allied Member of the Year

To nominate a NAMA member in any or all of the categories above, please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2017NAMAawards and complete the survey in full. To be considered for an award, candidates must be current NAMA members.

Nominations will be accepted through the close of business on Monday, January 30.
