We are grateful to our NAMA Show community for engaging with us as we grappled with the rapidly evolving situation and the determination to cancel. This show is as much yours as it is NAMA’s, and it’s important to us that we move forward together. We feel confident that we will weather this crisis together and enjoy many successful future NAMA events.

Yes, your registration fees will be refunded in full, even if you canceled before this decision was made. At this time, there is no action required. Please allow up to 60 days for all refunds to be processed.

Please check with your airline regarding their current refund policies.
If you have reserved a hotel room through the official housing provider, Orchid, your room will be canceled without charge. You do not need to contact Orchid.
For questions regarding your room reservation through Orchid, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you made a reservation outside of the NAMA room block, you will need to cancel that reservation directly with the hotel.
We are exploring alternative options and will be reaching out with any updates.
