Mike Dabadie is the Co-CEO and Founder of Heart+Mind Strategies, a Washington, D.C. based insights+strategy+activation consultancy built on the principles of consumer decision making by using individual and societal values as motivators of choice. Mike has been active in research, marketing, business management, public policy issues, and campaigns for more than 25 years.
Mike has worked in convenience services and coffee for NAMA, Lavazza, Royal Cup Coffee, and Community Coffee. He also led the merger of two of the largest specialty coffee associations in the world, assisted Las Vegas through its response to the 2017 shooting incident, and executes the vision, positioning, and initiatives of Heart+Mind Strategies’ strategic plans and innovations.
Mike is a native of New Orleans and is an avid Cajun cook, traveler, runner, cyclist, saltwater fisherman, coffee fanatic, and supporter of high school policy debate. All of which he loves to do with his wife Kris and daughter Lucy from their home base in Washington, DC. He has a degree in Political Science from Loyola University.
